Frequently asked (and answered) questions.

Q:
There’s lots of information available on the internet. Some of this information is incorrect or contains glaring errors. How do I know that Fundisi’s courses contain good accurate information?
A:
All our courses are written by experts in their fields who have been specially commissioned (and paid) to write such a course for us. While we lay the course out in an easily understandable way (and sometimes correct the author’s grammar); and possibly commission independent illustrators to redraw the original sketches, the raw material is always authoritative. Before the course is offered on the site, a copy is sent to the author for proofreading.

Q:
How do I ask the author a question about something on the course that I don’t understand?
A:
Log into the Fundisi Support Forum Here. First look and see whether your question has already been asked by using the search tool. If you can’t find it (the answer, not the search tool!), then post your question. Because our authors are usually professional people and are not members of our staff, please do not expect an instant response. We will contact the author on your behalf and publish the author’s response on the forum when we receive it.

Q:
How can I become a paid author?
A:
Email us here and tell us about your abilities and qualifications and we will send you all the details.
