Fundisi Educational Courses CC is a South African Close Corporation, trading as FUNDISI.COM.
Our business is to supply small inexpensive educational courses on any imaginable topic through the medium of the internet. If we cannot supply the required course we have the facility for the customer to suggest a subject and we will do our utmost to fill the need.
Our Transaction Currency
The course prices are marked in US Dollars. Because of the way that banks do business internationally, this is converted into South African Rands (ZAR) which is then charged against your credit card. This can result in slight discrepancies in the actual amount you are charged, but will not deviate more than a percent or so, and will usually be in your favor.
Peace of Mind
FUNDISI.COM will collect your credit card details on the secure checkout page. We do not store these numbers for more than a few seconds before being discarded. We securely pass the information on to the bank for processing. Your card details are therefore never at risk of being stolen.

Notice the thawte Trusted Seal on the checkout page. Check at the bottom of your browser window and you will see the secure icon padlock. This shows that the page has SSL security. This ensures that your card numbers are safe and that you can do business with Fundisi.com with peace of mind. If you click on the seal, you will see that the domain Fundisi.com is registered in the name of David Britzius – Managing Member and is attested to in the certificate.
Support
We have a Public Forum where questions can be asked. We will deal with each question individually and if we are not able to help, then they will be forwarded to the appropriate author for clarification. We undertake to get answers to questions back to clients as soon as we possibly can, but regret no contact will be possible between the client and author except through us. Customer’s technical queries will be dealt with by our support staff.
Policy on Refunds
No refunds or returns are offered unless the courses are proved to be full of errors or misrepresented. However, if our customers have erroneously downloaded a course under the impression that it was something else, then details can be sent to our support staff via email and we will consider each case on its merits. If the decision is favorable (it usually is), you will be sent a credit voucher for a different course. Under no circumstances will cash refunds be made back to your credit card.
Our Confidentiality and Privacy Policy
We collect specific information about our clients namely their names, telephone numbers, mailing addresses and email addresses and store it on our servers. Our policy is not to share the information with any other party without explicit permission from you. From time to time we may send you a newsletter. You may easily opt out of receiving this.
Export Restrictions
There are no export restrictions as our courses are purely educational in nature, professional and hobby orientated, with text and graphic material supplied. We do not supply any pornography or socially unacceptable content and undertake never to do so.
